I've specialized in residential lending since 2019, starting out as a Home Financing Advisor at Scotiabank and then a Mortgage Specialist at RBC before entering the broker channel with Clear Trust Mortgages. Earlier in my career I spent four years at TD on the small-business side, working across residential and commercial lending.

That diverse lending background lets me give clients knowledgeable guidance and tailored financing solutions — whether you're working toward homeownership or building an investment portfolio. I'm fluent in English and Cantonese.
